Sara Hancox

In the directors’ guide book to the short film, Lucie Does Track., creator Sara Hancox explores attachment theory as it relates to attachment style, the behavioural system, and the internal working model. Her use of colour, design, and poetry, conceptualizes connection to the self, to nature, and to others. Inspired by avoidance and dependency, she relays themes of change, idealism, and control, making sense of an individual’s fears and desires within attachment.
